Baltimore County Rental Inspection
If you are a rental property owner in Baltimore county, the law now requires rental units to be registered and inspected by a licensed home inspector by January 1, 2009 to obtain a rental housing license.All licensed properties must be re-inspected every three years to renew your rental license.
On December 19, 2007 the Baltimore County Council passed Bill 87-07 requiring that all buildings or a portion of a building that contain one to six dwelling units, intended, or designed to be rented, leased, let or be hired out to be occupied for living purposes be registered and licensed with Baltimore County.
