Advance Home Inspection provides two limited warranty options that benefit you and your client, whether buyer or seller.  Our 90-Day Limited Warranty provides valuable interim coverage for buyers.  Our 120-Day Limited Warranty provides protection and peace of mind for your seller during the critical period of ownership transition.  All parties receive beneficial coverage and protection.

Warranty Programs

90-DAY BUYER’S LIMITED WARRANTY:

Effective from the date of the home inspection for 90 days.  If closing should occur outside the covered 90-day period, the warranty will extend to 21 days following closing.

120-DAY SELLER’S LIMITED WARRANTY

Effective from the date of the home inspection for 120 days, or sale, whichever occurs first.
